This Giant Squid was found on the Ocean Beach of Farewell Spit just after sunrise on 22 July 2007. It was 4.2 metres long, and was found about 6 kilometres from the base of the Spit . This is the second Giant Squid that Kersten has found - both were on early morning tours.
