Painted Lighthouse - June 2016
In early June 2016 the scaffolding and mesh was removed and the freshly painted tower was revealed

Lighthouse maintenance
From February 2016 until the beginning of June, the Farewell Spit Lighthouse Tower was shrouded in mesh over scaffolding while it was being sand and water blasted ready for painting.
